Ticket to Work is an employment support program for Social Security disability beneficiaries who want to go to work and become self-supporting. The Social Security Administration will pay organizations called Employment Networks (ENs) if they provide services to beneficiaries – but only if the beneficiaries actually end up earning at least $840 per month.
An Employment Network (EN) is an entity that enters into an agreement with the Social Security Administration (Social Security) to either provide or coordinate the delivery of services to Social Security disability beneficiaries.

In order to be eligible for Phase 1 milestones, beneficiaries will have their prior 18 months earnings reviewed to see if there were any months in that time frame that their earnings exceeded $840.
Job Finders can refer you to a variety of organizations that can give you information on how work will impact your health care and cash benefits, your legal rights with employers, accommodations, tips on job interviews, resumes, and advice on problems that comes up during your work experience.
